In compliance with the provisions set out under Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, MATTEO PAOLETTI FRANZATO, in his capacity as the Data Controller of personal data, through his legal representative pro tempore, informs about the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, the scope of its communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of its provision.

The IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment, the information on the user’s behavior on the Website, the pages that have been visited or searched, for the purpose of selecting and providing specific advertisements to the Website user, and the data relating to browsing behavior on the Website using, for example, cookies. In processing personal data that may directly or indirectly identify you, we strive to respect a principle of strict necessity. For this reason, we have configured the Website so that the use of personal data is minimized and to limit the processing of personal data that can identify you only when necessary or at the request of the authorities and law enforcement (such as, for example, for data related to traffic and your stay on the Website or your IP address) or to establish liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Website. METHODS AND SECURITY OF DATA
